Terms of Service

1. The service

Apicker AI provides sales-automation tools for service businesses, including lead capture, AI-assisted qualification, quotation workflows, customer-facing quote pages and automated follow-up tools.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account. Do not share administrator credentials with unauthorised persons.

3. Customer data

You remain responsible for the personal data you enter about your leads, customers and staff, including having an appropriate lawful basis and providing required notices. Do not upload data you are not authorised to process.

4. Quotes and pricing

Apicker AI can help structure and generate quotations, but your configured pricing rules and your review remain responsible for the commercial amount. You are responsible for verifying quote content, taxes, scope and commitments before sending them to customers.

5. Automated follow-ups

You control whether automation is enabled, the timing and the messages used. You must use appropriate contact information and comply with applicable direct-marketing, communications and consumer-protection rules.

6. AI limitations

AI-generated or AI-assisted content can be incomplete or inaccurate. You should review important customer-facing messages and decisions. Apicker AI is not a legal, accounting or other professional adviser.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, unsolicited bulk messaging, credential theft, malware distribution, or attempts to bypass access controls.

8. Plans, trials and payments

Where paid plans are offered, pricing, taxes, billing intervals, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown at checkout or in the applicable order. Trial terms are subject to the offer shown when you start the trial.

9. Availability and changes

We may maintain, update or temporarily suspend parts of the service for maintenance, security or product changes. We may change these terms when reasonably necessary and will publish the updated version.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees that every AI output, quote or automated message will be error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
