When a business customer enters personal data about its own leads or customers into Apicker AI, that business remains responsible for determining the lawful purpose and instructions for that data. Apicker AI may process that information on the business customer’s behalf as a service provider/processor where applicable.
3. Why we use personal data
- To create and maintain user accounts and provide the service.
- To generate, send and track quotes and follow-ups according to the business owner’s settings.
- To provide customer support and communicate about the service.

Apicker AI is designed to use AI to help interpret inquiries, extract structured information and draft customer-facing text. AI must not be used to invent prices: quotation values are controlled by the pricing rules configured by the business. Where third-party AI providers are used, they should be documented in the applicable subprocessor information and data-processing terms.
6. Service providers
We use infrastructure and service providers to operate the platform, including Supabase for authentication, database and related backend services. We may use additional providers for email, hosting, analytics or AI processing as the product evolves. Contracts and safeguards should be maintained with relevant providers as required by applicable law.
7. International transfers
Personal data may be processed in countries where our providers operate. Where applicable, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism and contractual safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.
8. Retention
